In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, & tuning forks.
Clients lie comfortably (clothed) in a recliner (for private sessions for 1 or 2 people) or on yoga mats with blankets, bolsters, blocks; all for your comfort (for group sessions).
