Reiki & Reiki Classes

Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and increase energy levels. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and ki, which translates to a flow of life force energy. This energy flows through all living things and is vital to well-being. When this energy is blocked or disrupted, it can lead to an unwell state of being. Reiki helps restore the flow of this energy by rebalancing the body's energy centers, which can promote healing and well-being.
